Intermittent shutdowns and technical issues happen

Cannot dynamically move resources or expenses in project manage have to create a duplicate phase in order to move the items

CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE IS TERRIBLE, we get charged $100+ / hour for any questions we have on how to use the system which is crap, basically the system is just slightly above useless for our company because no one can figure out how to make the tools work in ajera and we can afford a $1000 bill just to learn how to use it, As a software company you should provide FREE training to your customers.
