The primary "best" about CoverSight is the staff. They went out of their way to work with our team to gain understanding about our needs and delivered an amazing result. The only negative that we found was due to our use of the product. We utilize the software not only for reporting, but also for inventory forecasting which added a level of complexity. We are not able to tweak the report without assistance, which the ConverSight staff is always willing to provide in a very timely manner. We love the product, we love the staff. ConverSight me permet de créer des rapports personnalisés. Cela me permet de créer ces rapports et ensuite de les épingler à un storyboard. Cela permet à mes chefs de projet (qui ne connaissent rien à Fishbowl) d'accéder aux données dont ils ont besoin. Cela a été ÉNORME.
Le support est vraiment bon. J'ai eu affaire à Ben Schafer et Maha Shanmugam. Ben est génial. Maha est 10/10. Ce type de support est là où ConverSight brille. Athena n'est pas aussi utile qu'on le prétend. Cela ne fonctionne pas vraiment comme cela devrait. Je devrais pouvoir lui poser une question assez librement et obtenir des réponses, mais cela pose problème. Cela est résolu avec la formation qui aide, mais c'est compliqué et technique.
