As someone who’s working with multiple teams, Clinked has been a secure, scalable, and a well-structured platform for me. Across different teams, user permission levels work perfectly to secure data and share the progress with clients when needed. Any user can reach any work depending on their permissions and this is great for real time collaboration. Our favorite feature is the Groups. We initially started using Clinked as a secure candidate database, as we needed a reliable platform for storing sensitive information. We have a dedicated database group, along with groups for various teams.

However, the most important use of Groups is as workspaces for our clients. Each client has a carefully structured group where we provide real-time updates. Another way to use Groups is for internal team communication. For example, we created a group specifically for our commercial campaigns, which happens to be the one I use the most. Design projects usually rely on feedback. Clinked’s most efficient contribution to my team is real time updates on the projects by our clients. Each client and their team follow the progress on their project and we can work on the feedback in no time. Contribution and communication is in real time and notifications are amazing, especially on the mobile app. Checking the notifications on the same device I’m doing other work is too distracting for me so the mobile app for a quick glance on the messaging tool is a life saver. It’s easy to use and we haven’t received any complaints regarding the interface. Besides the user-friendly interface, our portal also offers our clients a branded portal that aligns with our company’s image. From a growth management perspective, I think it’s an amazing addition to our brand.

Our whole team is using Clinked, but I’ll review Clinked as a QA Tester from my perspective. Organization and efficiency are key to my workflows. Clinked has been a satisfying tool for managing our testing processes. I have several group test cases at the moment. I keep the results and the documentation for each case super organised thanks to the Groups. We don’t even need a separate tool to share the relevant ones with clients.
