One of the best features is that it's completely web based. Reports can be downloaded of course, but it can be used from anywhere. There is really no implentation, just go to the website. I customized it to match our Blackbaud and Paycom codes, so that when monthly time is logged, it is simple for the finance team to match the hours to the allocation tables required. I found ClickTime to be a straightforward application requiring very little training for employees to effectively use. The hover over feature is very helpful saving me from having to click through for details.
