Click Time is easy to manage and very useful for customer work ethics. It was easy to set up, which allowed us to start to use it immediately - and it was customizable in the areas that we needed it to be flexible. I can run just about any report I might need and export them in either PDF or Excel. However, it does not integrate with Quickbooks online. Time is tracked very well. It is easy to maintain. Clicktime has been a valuable tool and has assisted us in understanding the cost of our activities, which has supported our decision making. I recommend this program to anyone needing a time tracking program that is intuitive for users and rich with information for management. It is an easy to use program with powerful reporting, using either the standard reports or individually customized exports. Best part of all is the help and support.
