Il y a tellement de choses que j'apprécie dans le programme Apricot de Bonterra. Il est très facile à naviguer et lors des admissions, il est presque impossible de manquer quelque chose de requis car il vous informe toujours lorsque vous essayez de sauvegarder une étape et de passer à la suivante (ce qui était extrêmement utile lorsque j'ai commencé à utiliser le programme). J'apprécie la facilité d'envoi des recommandations et cela a été très utile lorsque je travaille avec un nouveau client venant d'un programme différent de pouvoir voir toutes les notes de cas précédentes. The least helpful aspect of this program is the timeout feature. While typing in lenghty progress notes it always a good idea to save regulraly and often or one can loose their notes. The secon issues comes while trying to uese the View Folder function- soemtimes an error message pops up and the entire page will not load. The layout of the page is easy to navigate. I like that you can apply many filters to search for clients or specific data. Adding case notes and other information is really simple. I like the ease of access the most. The site is very user friendly and every button/option available serves a purpose. The main downside I have experienced wtih this site is that it times out fairly quickly. I often have the site up in the background while I work on other things, and when I return to the site, it logs me out and I must re-sign in. For those already "In the Know" of how to Create / Maintain databases, BCM (Apricot) Can seem Highly restrictive without learning the workarounds. Data input forms cannot be customized with fields set in precise positions: They can be rearranged visually for Data-entry, but not precise enough for form-filling.
