It loads incredibly slow. It's like using a filter on a website with 10 million items, every single click causes the page to load, and it takes a lifetime to get what you need. Ultimately, it's just too much to setup. I think the program is effective, but you'd likely need serious commitment to dial in all the monitoring features. This may not be something they can help but for example, I was spending a couple hours a day simply classifying websites that my users had visited. It would be great to have a way to classify those more quickly.

Activity - I can easily see and get linked to what my employees are doing, especially those who work opposite hours from us and in a remote setting.
