There are many layers to this software, making it difficult for an average user (or even a trained user on other software). I felt at times I had to be a computer programmer in order to manage the software. And I am the department manager and struggled with the software. Building queries is very difficult and time consuming to get the information you actually want, and often times you would get blank fields or reports if you made one mistake, causing you to have to go back and start over.
