J'ai publié ma première offre d'emploi en utilisant cette plateforme et je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfait. Les options étaient très faciles à naviguer et le processus était assez fluide. Les bases sont définitivement couvertes dans l'apparence, la sensation et le flux. Cela m'a pris environ 15 minutes au total pour que tout mon contenu soit livré et soumis sur cette belle plateforme. L'interface est principalement composée de cases à cocher et de menus déroulants, ce qui allège le travail et accélère le processus. L'apparence et la sensation de l'annonce finale sont également très attrayantes. Il y avait quelques options que je n'aimais pas avoir à choisir entre. Je suis convaincu que c'était la nature de 12 Twenty, mais la société d'hébergement utilisant la plateforme. Étant donné que je suis du côté utilisateur de la plateforme, je ne peux pas parler de l'installation initiale du produit. Je ne suis pas sûr des prix impliqués. The updated/current look of the platform. The ability to click on the appointment calendar to easily add an appointment. The ease of using filters to search for opportunities and students. No automatic function to disable a student's ability to continue applying for jobs on the system when they've already accepted a position. Interview scheduling and management could be improved, I believe the way it is now, if a student drops out of an interview schedule, someone else is automatically slotted in according to their place in line, when really the employer should be the ones to choose who would fill that slot based on their hiring preferences. It would also be great if the students could receive notifications if a job posting or info session that fits with their preferences has been added to the platform.
