I like the ability to find the right assessment for the right candidate. I sometimes get stuck on the questions to ask, and this is a great platform to find the right questions that are more tailored to the job I am hiring for.
But with having access to a wide variety, we don't use them like we should. Trying to change a standard eksill test takes time and just haven't had the time to do.
