I enjoy the simplicity and the controls of the features that are available to use. Overall, they provide great customer services whenever we reach out and offer quick solutions to all and any issue that we come across.
I like that I am able to send pre-registrations to visitors so when they arrive it is an easy process to get them in the building.
I dislike the non-user friendly stand. The screen goes black often and it is not easy at all to get back into the app. I do not understand why the welcome button has to be covered, its just not user friendly and not really useful.
