I've heard that TimeTap has a lot of features but that's there's a little more learning curve than some simple scheduling softwares that aren't designed for larger scale business. What kind of support do you guys offer to help my organization?

I am unable to locate the support page on the website ... everything is chat-based, and nobody is there to help. I need a professional support page where I can see videos on how to use te system. Just got into the Pro plan, and unfortunately I am sitting here helpless...

We designed our site in Webflow and had been hosting a site with Webflow hosting for 6+ months. We were delighted with the platform, and then during an update of the site, their Support team BLOCKED it without notice or clear justification. There is no phone number to call, just an email...
