I've used it with several virtual meeting apps (Chime, Webex, Zoom, etc.). It would be my dream tool if I could use it to record regular phone calls, with a desktop calling app.

Everything works well but in terms of the value of calls, it doesnt show the actual calls made real-time and sometimes it's also not sync with the true value. I have to use other tools to get the validated data. I thought that if it syncs to all other tools that we used - it'll be more effective.

What would you suggest for CRM scores that are in the very early to mid-level stages? 20-25% after the first meeting? Perhaps a 50% score during the trial of a product?

I have some issues finding calls from time to time, and the filters are kind of difficult to understand. I always get confused about whether I'm supposed to go through the call tab or the library tab which can be annoying.

I started using Gong when I worked at ZipRecruiter for my month of training, and it was beneficial. I still use Gong even after five months of working at Zip. It's such a great source to have, and always keep in mind it's there for you whenever you need it.
