When I click to scroll down on my messages the app sends me to ads for video games and then freezes. I have to restart my iPhone to get rid of the problem. Waste of my time

When call is answered we miss to record 3 sec in the beginning of the call - when we listen to recording we do not hear them - please assist on this at that would be much helpful as we greet customers in those starting sec and we miss them

Sometimes, RING DNA doesn't work and throws an error "site cannot be accessed now". also, we don't see any notification when we receive calls.
