I UNDERSTOOD THIS PROGRAM WOULD WORK FOR MY ESTATE PLANNING CLIENTS. IT DID NOT AND I WAS CHARGED FOR THREE ESTATE SIGNINGS THAT COULD NOT BE FINISHED.

Its confusing to determine how many id and esign credits are being used for each type of notarization.
