We have been using Clear Impact Scorecard since 2010 and this tool has been valuable way to track program and community outcomes. This is a very easy tool to manage and the company has been very responsive to our needs as we have used the tool over the last 10 years. Printing the reports have been a challenge. We use the narrative sections in Scorecard for our grantees respond to particular questions. Users have control over the size of the font and can create issues where it is difficult to read pdf of reports. Sometimes, it can be slow to get to the measure you are looking for. Also, if there are a lot of measures, it may be hard to find in the long list of measures. There may be overlapping measures for multiple plans and this can cause confusion; for instance, someone else's measure may end up on the list for my plan because they are linked strategically.
