Great platform to keep things like reviews, questions, and weekly/monthly summaries all in one place. It is quite easy to learn how to use and navigate. THere were a few bugs early on when the company first started using it, but they were resolved in a reasonable time frame. It is useful to be able to moderate reviews for company websites, and answer questions directly from customers. I would definitely recommend using this platform for your e-commerce business.
