I like its easy of use, the expertise available to help write questions to achieve the outcome we are looking for, which provides real information we can use to understand our workforce.
The implementation process was well supported by the team. The customer support team were excellent and helpful and we are discovering new features all the time, which are easy to use. It is important to regularly review the questions and data categories to ensure they are fit for purpose and reflect any changes to working practices that have taken place since the previous survey was completed.
