I use VisualPing to monitor when changes are made to different websites. For example, when changes are made to fee schedules, when a new press release is added to a website, or when forms are updated. It will sometimes trigger false alerts of changes. For example, if a website has scrolling pictures, it may trigger a "major change" on a page if a different picture is appearing at the time the screen scrape is taken.
