At the beginning we used their platform to add new candidates, but now we use their platfrom through an integration, which make it even easier.

I sometimes think Veremark are so innovative they're ahead of the curve for their client's in terms of innovation and features and it can take a while for client's to catch up and actual 'get' what Veremark are trying to do. The time it takes to return a background check is far too long. Checks have taken on average 5-6 weeks to close.

If any flags come back for what seems to be a different person, Veremark will tell you "It will be the client's responsibility to review these results using the candidate's identifiers, such as date of birth and address, if available. Some results may only display the name without additional information." So if the result returns only based on a name match, you have to hope you can do additional work to verify if it is truly a match or not.
