Upguard is a great product to keep all of our data as safe as we can and to make sure all our or apps and other products are doing the same thing. They give us a monthly report on how are are doing and what we can do to improve our rating and they do they same for all the companies we work with. You get a clear rating, like a credit report. Great portal with a lot of information on all types of companies. Third party risk assessments are easy to configure and run. Breachsight is easy to identify breaches and notify users of the breach as well as how to assist them on it. UpGuard is an excellent product that we are constantly tuning into our company's needs. It constantly monitors the company's security posture through various indicators. Both management and operations team make use of the product daily which provides insights into externally visible vulnerabilities and mis-configurations. It has a wide range of reporting and works super well with vendor management were security questionnaires can be stored securly and assists vendors with resubmission of questionnaies by pre filling answers based on previously enter responses (time saver for all).

There may be some effort required initially to set up vendor module and risk profiles but well worth it . There is nothing to dislike about UpGuard. The system is stable, secure and works well.

The whole implementation was easy and quick to setup. It took us an hour to get up and running and was importing our questionnaire from our previous system.

Their customer support staff are friendly knowlegeable and quick to respond when I reached out about a vendor that didn't show up, but they were able to quickly add it to the platform.
