Firstly, users and customers LOVE the tool! Never implemented a tool that's so user friendly with great adoption from start - which is actually helping revenue teams to close more deals. Some highlights:
User-friendly interface and user feedback reg. ease of use and time to create/maintain.
Collaboration and engagement with prospects via comment sections, mutual action plans and multiple pages as part of personalised micro-site.
Per-recipient tracking is optimal and works well.

Only constructive feedback. If Trumpet can scale while keeping their current customer proximitiy and speed to ship features, they will be the go-to Digital Room solution for Revenue generating teams. Keep up the great work! Some points of improvement:
Google Drive Integration (being shipped by Trumpet team as per customer feedback): The GDrive integration is limited only offering one shared drive to pick from, which does not allow users to select their own content from “My Drive”. The alternative is to publish to web and get a GSuite embedded code which presents a security risk from a content privacy perspective. This makes it hard for admins to ensure version control and time consuming for users to update versions (cumbersome manual process).
Analytics: Trumpet does not offer the same depth of analytics or content management capabilities as a full CMS. The analytics dashboard can be improved with some more in depth controls to deep-dive on granular analytics (by sales stage for example - but that’s possible in SFDC reports).
Salesforce Integration (being investigated by Trumpet team as per customer feedback): Some hiccups on Salesforce integrated report which can show duplicated values if multiple rooms (incl. drafts) were created for the same opportunity.
Content Management: As a CMS, it still has a long way to go. Governance is messy with the current media library, being too malleable, allowing users to affect findability for “official content”. Users might find limitations in its ability to provide advanced content organization, no personal private folder, etc. Same for saved pages, widgets and templates. No possibility yet to bulk trigger updates across platform.

- Easy to use and setup
- Customizable to your own brand & customer's brand
- Trumpet's Sales & CSM team was attentive and helpful, regardless of the size of our business
- We found other competitiors 'nickle & dimed" key features with expensive pricing. Trumpet had critical ones like CRM integration included
- Trumpet far outperformed competitors in functionality and customization, while still being simple for our team to use.

1. Ability to customise according to the customer's journey requirements.
2. Ability to have internal chat rather than having to send external emails.
3. Being able to have a whole onboarding process in 1 place and ability to hide some of the later processes to open up when the customer completes earlier stages.
4. Customer support is excellent -Maddi Rose was fantastic in our meetings where we looked at our use of the system and how we can improve/amend the onboarding set up in trumpet to meet our business needs.
5. Excellent ability to integrate with other documents which can be populated into the system and easily exported.
6. Our onboarding and implementation experience was excellent and we were able to add our requirements easily into the system.

La cohesión y el control de documentos son notoriamente difíciles de gestionar entre los equipos de ventas y marketing, y Trumpet resuelve ese problema. La plataforma es intuitiva y fácil de usar. La trompeta ha transformado nuestro proceso de ventas y ha generado más ingresos para nuestro negocio.
Primero, causamos una mejor primera impresión que nuestros competidores, quienes aún envían propuestas por correo electrónico o PDF. Añadimos videos personalizados para que nuestros clientes se sientan escuchados.
En segundo lugar, podemos rastrear fácilmente la intención del comprador al ver quién interactúa con la propuesta, si la comparten con otros miembros del equipo y cuántas veces/cuánto tiempo han visto las propuestas que compartimos. Puedes identificar muy temprano quién es un prospecto caliente frente a uno que está frío y es poco probable que cierre. Esto es imposible con correos electrónicos o PDF.
Finalmente, tenemos un lugar centralizado para añadir o actualizar su propuesta personalizada basada en comentarios u otras solicitudes que puedan tener. También es una gran excusa para volver a involucrarse con un cliente compartiendo algo útil que ayudará en su viaje de compra en lugar de "Hola, solo revisando... ¿quieres comprar ya?"

I've enjoyed using Trumpet so far. I've created quite a few pods now, and starting to get the hang of it.
It's been excellent in terms of tracking client prospects, both in terms of when they interact with our information and how much so.
Excellent analytics and reporting, with lots of great options to create client specific microsites.

There are definitely a couple of improvements to be made in terms of bulk creation of Pods for multiple client prospects.
At the moment it takes me approx 1 minute per pod, which isn't exactly slow, but would be great to add lists in bulk and create multiple pods at once.

I use Trumpet multiple times a day, every day, to create digital sales rooms to prospects. The UX is very intuitive and easy to navigate, and the Trumpet page really elevates any sales pitch. You can personalise it with your own branding, include videos, demos, product sheets and goals. We get several compliments from potential clients!
When they eventually become clients, you can then transfer ownership to your CSM for a seamless experience, where the client can continue to access the same document every step of the way, and the CS will have all the information they need to kick things off efficiently and and promote adoption. Trumpet is allowing us to build a proactive relationship with our clients. It allows us to see when they are engaging with our pitch and what is most important to them, helping to identify pain points and key areas so we can identify buying signals. It is alowing us to keep them engages every step of the sales cycle to close. It has already helped to secure 3 big wins in under a month of using it.
