What I like best about TCP TimeClock Plus is how easy it is to use. The layout is simple, so I don’t have to waste time figuring out where everything is. Clocking in and out is super quick, and I can even do it from my phone if I need to. Plus, it keeps track of my hours really well, so I always know how much time I’ve worked. TimeClock Plus is easy to navigate. So very user friendly. The customer service is also very helpful when your in need of assistance. I needed help with our accural process and they were very knowledagble and helped me through it no problem. The Employees like it cause it's easy to clock in and out on just a few clicks and your done. Also like i said very user friendly they can easily request time off see there Accrued PTO and hours they had for the week without jumping through hoops. they can also have it on their phone for easy access. We sometimes have a issue with when they go to clock out it dosent always do it and then i have to adjust it for them but i dont know if that is nessecarialy TimeClock Plus issues it could be them clocking out on there phones and the Wifi connection might be bad. Also when a week passes and someone is out sick when they come in the following week and want to use thier PTO on the last week they missed days on for some reason it's blocked out so they cant do it. Timeclock plus has very good service managers and techs that are willing to help 24/7 at any given time. Not only do they help fix issues when needed, they provide clear instructions which allows you to learn how to fix things on your own in the future. They are very good people to work with especially for a chain of stores. The company I work forhas 16 locations and TCP makes it easy to work with and track things for all locations. Cada mes, si hay alguna diferencia en empleados activos, pagarás una suscripción prorrateada completa por el empleado adicional. El corte es el 25, pero a veces el 20. Esto fue inconveniente, pero fue mi responsabilidad ya que sabía que tenía que inactivar a las personas rápidamente. Sin embargo, el anual es el golpe fuerte. Me dijeron por CSR después de que me atraparon el primer año, te cobran anualmente por todos los EE activos para tener una licencia para cada uno. Fui muy bueno actualizando esto a tiempo ya que me cobraron una vez por 10 licencias más de las que necesitaba. Comenzaron a cobrar el anual incluso antes de lo que se suponía. Me comuniqué con AR, se negaron a hacer cambios en la tarifa. Cancelé en junio y nuestro servicio terminó en agosto, me cobraron un anual OTRA VEZ, e incluso antes que los últimos años. Solo me dijeron que no di un aviso de 30 días desde que retiraron mi pago (me faltaron 2 días), sin embargo, cobraron el pago temprano. Pero estaba 45 días antes del final de mi término.
