The support from the team has been goodas this is the first time that I have used a platform like this for volume pre-screening. I like that we were able to configure data based on business needs. Validating data/benchmark and weight of certain competencies has maybe been the most challenging aspect of this experience. This is moreso due to hiring managers on our business side not completing interview guides.

Another concern is confirming that there are in fact no biases towards candidates that do complete Talview assessments. There should be a 1-pager (flyer style) that can be shared with the business that clearly summarizes what Talview is all about, the benefits, etc. I have a lot of hiring managers that would like to have this with them so that can speak to Talview if they meet with candidates prior to them meeting with the TA team. The 360-degree check is done through a webcam. This should be done using a mobile phone camera.

If a student is 'terminated' by a proctor, he cannot resume the exam. The admin team should have the right to restore such cases with due audit tracking.
