Before Spiky, I would either rush to take notes or depend on my memory which were both not preferred. Now, Spiky Scribe does everything from a summarization of the main points to the formulation of action items. So far Spiky has one of the best transcription capabilities I've encountered (my meetings are usually in English). Even when participants have heavy and varying accents, Spiky is sometimes able to pick it up better than myself.
Furthermore the live feedback is great for my new sales, as they are reminded of the important topics they need to discuss during a call.
