Nice and concise allowing lots of data to be held in one place. Easy to buld rotas using different methods based on rota pattern. Data that can be produced from the reports have become essential in managing the staffing side of the business.

Could be helpful to be able to save a persons rota pattern against their name so if there is a change of role it makes it easier to alter the rotas.
