The program worked well with unpowered assets for about a year then the problems started. We replaced all the batteries and carefully re-set all the units. They ony worked for a short time. THeir customer service misses the mark. Their system is very automated and super difficult to talk to anyone who follows through. I was one of their orginal customers and they went from a 10 to zero. I have tried to close my account for about a year. It finally came to a renewal and I told Samsara I did not want my account re-newed. They did it anyway and kept charging me for 7 months. The ease of installation is a big positive in a world of increasingly complicated technology. Depending on vehicle application, I would rate this "up to" a medium-level difficulty. Trying to keep up with vehicle maintenance for 32 vehicles can be a tedious task.
