Citrus is easy to use, both for mansgers and employees, and has lots of great features. We particularly like managing holiday and sickness absence through Citrus, it makes it so easy to keep track of where everyone is each day!

We were disappointed when we realised Citrus didn't auto-add public holidays in calendars of teammates living outside of the UK, but I believe the team have recently introduced this function which we're thrilled about!

The exceptional speedy response to queries. No matter how small or big the question is, the team immediately jumps on it with urgency. The team have supported my company through lots of HR changes, and we have worked with many agents, and they are all very friendly, professional and genuinely feel like they are an extension of our company.
