I like the way the time tracking is user friendly and provides options for time input, especially compared to other software serving the same function. You can set timers, reminders, look at daily or monthly billing, monitor what you were working on at a given time and most recent matters and events (documents). Icons and labels are not as user friendly as other software, so there's a slight learning curve. Dates, documents and emails are grouped together in one search window, which can be difficult to use. Reminders sometimes blend with completed events and time entries when getting started. The search window is counter-intuitive and leads to erroneous searches and crashes when beginning. ProLaw is an "all in one" solution, that combines all necessary functions to run your firm: document management, docketing, accounting, records management, Westlaw integration, etc. If you are a small firm or solo practice (under 10 lawyers), this software could be perfectly suited for you. Since acquiring ProLaw, Thomson Reuters has fallen severely behind with its development of the software. Every release, major or minor, essentially contains only bug fixes, and they tend to reveal as many new bugs as they resolve. It's a vicious cycle. I wish we could use it remotely. It is also difficult and not very intuitive to use at first, but definitely becomes easier as you use it.
