It's not the most user friendly, meaning you definitely need to be taught how to use many functions. Trainings for this software are a must. Sometimes searching can be difficult when you need to look something up by a more random field. For example if you have an email and want to know who it belongs to, there is not an easy way to do that. You have to run a search function that looks for certain letters/words in the email in any of the contacts for clients.
