When we disseminate a new or updated policy, supervisors can view in real time who has or has not completed review. We used to have to send out sign-off sheets, and wait until they were returned. PowerDMS has allowed our agency to manage the accreditation process through a continuous review of our policies and practices. Through our frequent reviews, we have been able to identify deficiencies, that would otherwise not have been seen had it not been conducted pursuant to accreditation being managed through PowerDMS. Simplicity of uploading and editing policies for my agency. Ability to run reports. Ability to add videos and PowerPoint presentations to be viewed online and save me from having to have numerous classes and take people away from their jobs to attend the classes.
