Visually we love the upgrade. Performo provides reliability with no downtime issues. Customer support is very quick to answer any questions that we have. The design of the system and basic concepts fit our Property Management business well. Search capabilities are limited. Movement between screens could be more intuitive for users. The implementation of the upgrade that was to take only a few months took over a year to work out the issues. Training was lacking. The setup of buildings, workers and requestors is cumbersome and difficult. We have been using the system since 2008. Before the upgrade, the Wizards could accomplish any and all requested customizations. Magic! Post upgrade there are many limitations to the customizations for my business. I get my work orders fairly promptly most of the time unfortunately this seems to take longer on Android phones since Android is just a simple web interface not an actual app. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
