No tengo quejas porque uso este software de manera eficiente. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
I love the idea of peer-to-peer voter contact. I think the tool was very user friendly overall. I think that this tool isn't perfect at the moment, but it is heading in the right direction and I'm excited to see where they go leading up to the next election cycle. The main issue I had with VoterCircle is that their API into our voter contact management system (NGP VAN) didn't function correctly. There was always a very large discrepancy between the number of voters contacted as displayed by VoterCircle vs the number displayed by NGP VAN. Although I worked extensively with VoterCircle's support team, we were unable to solve this problem. This left our organization questioning if the data provided by VoterCircle was really accurate, which undermined confidence and hindered implementation.
VoterCircle also focuses exclusively on the email channel for reaching voters. While this is certainly a good vector, the sytem lacks the ability to handle mail or phone/sms contacts. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
If it had worked with Facebook like it was initially sold to us, it could have been a great product. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
Initially, this concept was sold to us as having Facebook integration - that went away. It solely operated on email, which plenty of folks do not regularly use email - especially not to have personal conversations with their friends. While our volunteers would have felt comfortable talking about our campaigns via Facebook, they felt like they would be betraying confidence/convention if they suddenly used the personal email address for the parents in their child's soccer club to talk about politics.
The match rate was atrocious. Even some of our staff who have 100s of complete contacts of folks who were definitely in VAN and fit our voter profile, would have less than a 10% match rate. Tons of volunteers would have 0 matches - which was extremely disheartening. We would report this and VC would tell us they were working on it, claim a fix, and we would try to roll it out to a group of volunteers again, and the same thing would happen. This was damaging to our campaign - it hurt our reputation, it was a time suck with no return on investment, it was expensive, and the customer service - even all the way up to the CEO/Founder, was downright rude. The ease of use on behalf of canvassers - it's easy to explain and get a first round of users on the platform. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
Not easy to use for an administrator - definitely needs improvements on that end. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
