Oneplan se integró muy fácilmente en nuestra infraestructura. Actualmente usamos Teams, PowerBI y PowerApps, por lo que integrarse en estos fue muy fácil. Los inicios de sesión utilizan AD, por lo que no se necesitan inicios de sesión adicionales. En cuanto a la aplicación, es flexible en cómo trabajas, por lo que tanto la estrategia como la gestión de portafolios son adaptables a cómo funciona tu organización. Integration within Microsoft ecosystem - we leverage their integration with Teams as our main project portal, PowerBI reporting, and SharePoint

Incorporation of other project management tools - we allow teams to work in whatever platform they choose (Project, Planner, JIRA...) and integrate that data to OnePlan for consolidated visibility.

- Inability to "copy and paste" project plans from Excel or other formats

- Have experienced "glitches" occasionally, enough the PMs have expressed frustrations

- Insights / Compliance logic has not worked well for us, and basic checks don't seem to be available

- We had some issues with reporting that needed to be corrected before we could utilize - i.e months not sorted in calendar order

OnePlan has transformed our consulting practice. The platform fulfills all of our resource management needs from easily forecasting short- and long-term resource availability and exploring the impact of specific staffing decisions. It has also played a critical role in tracking our business development pipeline, assessing project profitability and managing the timing of invoices. Ease of use. Very similar to Microsoft Project in terms of capability. Centrally located information. This is used on a daily basis and I feel the OnePlan is overall a good tool for teams that have a project management process already defined.
