Instead of saving up receipts and spending time after the trip to account for everything, I take a picture of each receipt when I receive it and immediately get reimbursed. The hassle, organisation and inconvenience this saves is a total game changer for me. On the other hand for booking trips I have not seen any other tool which is as easy and intuitive as Navan. Mantiene todo organizado y en un solo lugar: desde las reservas hasta los gastos con tarjeta, hace que los informes de viajes y gastos sean muy sencillos. I love that expense reporting is just so...easy. I used to support an exec at an org that used Workday, and sometimes an expense report would take half a day, and there would be some glitch that meant I had to start over.

It's really difficult for me to think of negatives. Maybe a feature where we could watch fares/hotel rates to make sure we're saving the most for our org (it's not a huge company). Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Navan has great personal perks when booking certain flights, hotels, etc.

Navan also does a great job in keeping each trip organized. I like the feature that allows you to select which customer you are visiting and that everytime you spend during said trip it knows where you are.

I also appreciate the ease of uploading receipts. Whether that be from getting reinbursement having to use my personal card, but also adding receipts to purchases made on card is easy.

I find it difficult with Navan when booking flights - particularly with finding the same rates on the airlines vs. on the platform. I feel that Navan flights on the platform are more expensive.

When I had fradulent charges on my company card, Navan did catch the fradulent charges however a few went through and trying to dispute/ getting a new card was a bit of a challenge. Navan allows for easy input of expenses that ties in to our systems as a business seamlessly. As an employee, I really enjoy how efficient it is and I don't have to spend a significant amount of time filling out datafields and detail for simply purchases. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

As a manager, approving flagged line items instead of entire reports can sometimes be cumbersome with the number of notifications I get that something needs reviewed. Me gusta mucho la interfaz de usuario, es muy limpia y fácil de usar. También indica claramente lo que está dentro y fuera de la política de la empresa (en términos de presupuesto) y tiene advertencias suaves muy claras, campos, filtros e instrucciones, como si una reserva no es reembolsable, etc., o dónde ingresar tu número de membresía y lealtad para diferentes programas como la alianza OneWorld / membresía Krisflyer / World of Hyatt, etc., especialmente al reservar hoteles, lo cual no obtienes fácilmente en Booking.com, por ejemplo.

Tampoco tiene un algoritmo caprichoso donde los precios suben cada vez que buscas lo mismo de nuevo o debido a diferencias de moneda, es decir, es confiable. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Creo que mis únicas experiencias negativas serían

1) no poder filtrar por una combinación de tipos de programas de alianzas de vuelo, por ejemplo, OneWorld y Star Alliance, ya que había un vuelo directo que realmente me gustaba con Japan Airlines (OneWorld) en el tramo de ida y ANA Airlines tenía un mejor vuelo de regreso (Star Alliance), pero para encontrar esta combinación de vuelos fue muy difícil / tal vez ni siquiera posible debido a la capacidad de filtrar solo por OneWorld o Star Alliance.

2) el precio por noche del hotel que reservé al principio estaba dentro de la política de la empresa y, por lo tanto, se me permitió seleccionarlo. Solo superó la política de la empresa en la página de confirmación final del pedido cuando se añadieron los impuestos y mi reserva terminó siendo rechazada por mi gerente de todos modos, así que sería genial si la restricción de "fuera del presupuesto de la empresa" considerara el monto final después de impuestos y no antes de impuestos.
