Account manager communication could use work. A fleet my size should be able to make quick calls and talk through issues instead of emails only.

I have been using Motive for the last 3 years daily multiple times a day. The interface is very user friendly, giving both drivers and fleet managers esay access to critical information. I enjoy the real-time GPS tracking on our fleet. From seeing how traffic is on Highways and being to able to get an ETA on the tractors that our on the road to their destination. I work with Motive daily, and they are usually very quick to provide support when we need it. We have a lot of units, and it seems like someone always needs help troubleshooting. We make a call or e-mail, and they are usually able to fix the issues quickly, leaving no downtime.
They take our requests seriously and they help make us the appropriate reports that we require for any audits or just for ease.
I recommend Motive, The field staff who use the driver app have a very easy time and rarely have any issues ever. They all find the app super easy to use and with the tutorials, they never seem to have many questions after.

The camera and ELDs have a hard time in the cold temperatures we receive in winter. We get down to - 45C and we start seeing some issues around -25C-30C. They typically come back online when it warms up but sometimes they seem to stay dormant.
I do wish there was some more alerting with the logs when people are over hours so we can be alerted instantly rather than weeks later when we do a review. (WIll bring it up next meeting)
The cameras are slightly bulky and don't pivot sideways so when we have an angled windshield we can't get a straight view of the front.

I use this site almost every day at my job as a move coordinator. I use it to track my crews and to audit time sheets before doing billing. One of my favorite features is the destination ETA. If a customer calls and asks where the crew is, I can enter the customer's address and it will tell me the approximate ETA to that address. It is very helpful. Motive has been a game changer for my company's day-to-day productivity analyzation.
We are able to see exact location and times for our fleet and we use that information to become more productive with our time.

It can take time to train drivers to fully utilize the app and the many features, but once they realize the benefit, they appreciate the added awareness it gives them about their own habits.
