I like being able to jump into other peoples interviews in order to help align on a final decision on a candidate, or help them think through how to adapt their interview style. The data from the interviews on speaking time and question count are pretty helpful for identifying who needs help, which means I spend my time with the members of my team that actually need the help. You can tell a lot of thought and empathy has gone into the feedback that’s given, it's really appreciated! They often mention things I’ve done well as well as things I could improve on. The transcripts are useful, especially for learning how others interview so I can learn from their style and structure. But the thing I love most are the personalised insights and pieces of feedback I get. It's like magic, and has proved very actionable for me as someone that went from being an inexperienced interviewer, to interviewing multiple times per week. I'd prefer it if I could use Metaview only, and not have to use the other tools in our recruitment process.
