I like being able to jump into other peoples interviews in order to help align on a final decision on a candidate, or help them think through how to adapt their interview style. The data from the interviews on speaking time and question count are pretty helpful for identifying who needs help, which means I spend my time with the members of my team that actually need the help. The transcripts are useful, especially for learning how others interview so I can learn from their style and structure. But the thing I love most are the personalised insights and pieces of feedback I get. I'd prefer it if I could use Metaview only, and not have to use the other tools in our recruitment process.
