My favorite thing about MedEvolve is the Customer Service team. Most times, my issues are resolved in one call or email. In a busy office, this is a valuable time safer.

The program itself is great, we don't have issues with running the program, it's easy to navigate and overall an easy program to teach and learn. Medevolve has many features and the analytics available to us is vast. The best thing about Medevolve though is their customer service. POSTING IS AS EASY AS CLICKING ON THE CHECK TELL IT TO POST DONE REPORTS ARE EASY TO USE JUST TELL IT WHAT YOU WANT DONE WE USE THE FEATURES OF POSTING CHECKS AND ENTERING CLAIMS EVERYDAY AND IT HAS YET TO GO DOWN FOR A LONG LENGTH OF TIME. Lo que no me gusta de MedEvolve es que no puedo levantar el teléfono y hacer una pregunta. Puedo enviarles un correo electrónico, pero generalmente toma más de 48 horas recibir una respuesta. Tratar de equilibrar al final del día o al día siguiente es imposible. La minería de datos es excelente para los informes, pero si no se encuentra todo allí, tengo que solicitar un informe personalizado y no puedo agregar a esto como en la minería de datos.
