Not much but if I have to put one thing it would be adding images to my gallery when half way through creating a new course - you have to move away from the course and go back to My Images in settings to upload then go back to the course. Kallidus have extensive administration training as well as ongoing and high levels of support through service desk and monthly account manager meetings.
