Everything! So I seen the option to pay the remaining balance to a medical provider using Instamed through Cigna's site. I thought fantastic - easier to keep track of, quick access to receipts...great! Until I started getting notices that the bills I had paid months earlier were not being paid to the provider! It took 2 weeks and everyone pointing the finger at each other - the provider at instamed, instamed at the provider, Cigna at instamed....and it was pure heck! I tried calling Instamed and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I finally decided to submit a support ticket on their online system. I waited almost a week and never received a response. Finally sucked it up and sat on hold until someone finally answered. They then proceeded to tell me the address was listed as incorrect for the provider so all they could do is send me a refund. I though ok finally a resolution! Then came the next kick- I asked when I would get the refund...response "it could be up to 30 days". REALLY???? It takes them less than an hour to take my money, they keep it for 3 months, then another month to get it returned? So now I do not have the money and the provider is threatening collections!

Nothing at all. Payment they issue via virtual credit card are denied by the issuer. Request for resolution result in multiple phone calls, with multiple people, and multiple cases opened, and NO RESOLUTION. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
I have been dealing with Instamed payments since December 2021 and it is now August. Enrolled online, received a welcome letter in February, in March billing company asked that payments be made as direct deposit as the virtual credit cards they issue are declined. In July received another virtual credit card which repeatedly is denied, and when contacting the company multiple times, now told that the corporate ID I provide them, which is documented in an email from them 3/22 is not the same one they have on file, and they refuse to advance in resolving the issue because they insist I am not providing the correct Corporate ID. They have every other piece of information about my practice, including tax ID,NPI, bank information, and still no interest in resolving this issue. Do the insurers who use them understand that the payments issued by Instamed are unusable?? I would caution anyone against using this company, and don't expect help from them if there is a question, you will be lucky to make it out of their voice mail prompt. Los usuarios se bloquean fácilmente de su cuenta porque la contraseña distingue entre mayúsculas y minúsculas. Pueden haberla creado usando letras minúsculas y mayúsculas, pero por defecto el campo de contraseña de Instamed tiene habilitadas las mayúsculas, por lo que todo se ingresa en mayúsculas. es tan fácil de usar y guardar usuarios y configurarlos en planes de pago - me encanta esto - solíamos usar sbp y prefiero istamed sobre eso muchísimo 10 estrellas - lo recomendaré Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Servicio espantoso y una estafa. Pagué a través de la aplicación My Cigna una serie de facturas médicas en noviembre. Tomaron mi dinero y luego, semanas después, recibo facturas morosas de los proveedores de salud porque INstamed no ha remitido los fondos que ya han recibido de mí. Cuando llamo, espero 11 minutos en espera antes de un contestador automático. La persona que devuelve la llamada me dice que los tokens para el pago fueron enviados por correo postal de EE. UU. (! - tanto para alta tecnología) pero no pueden decirme cuándo fueron enviados. Pregunto por hablar con un gerente y no puedo. Mientras tanto, afirman haber reembolsado sin razón un pago de $300 que hice (sin evidencia de reembolso). Luego me mantienen en espera mientras afirman procesar un reembolso de pagos realizados hace tres semanas que no llegaron.
