Our Qualtrax system controls more than 300,000 workflows and documents. Periodically, a document gets "stuck" between states, which requires us to put it aside and contact Qualtrax tech support. Tech support always corrects the issue, but it would be more beneficial if we knew how to avoid getting them stuck in the first place or how to fix the issue ourselves.
