Our team enjoys the segmented nature of creating chat rooms for each client. It's a simple thing but has helped us a ton! Hive makes project management and communication simple. If we hadn't had Hive in place pre-COVID, I'm not sure we would have kept our efficiency up, as well as our ability to communicate and collaborate. Me encanta poder crear tarjetas de acción rápidas para cualquier solicitud ad hoc que recibimos, mientras mantenemos una cobertura constante para las tareas recurrentes. Es fácil de navegar en la plataforma y toma muy poco tiempo capacitar a los nuevos miembros del equipo sobre cómo usarla. Además, me encanta la capacidad de desglosar proyectos que tienen múltiples pasos de una manera clara y fácil de seguir. Podría ser un poco más fácil clasificar las tareas completadas a través de una vista de tabla. Además, las opciones de vista general podrían ser un poco más simples de navegar en general. Finalmente, sería bueno poder agregar seguidores a una tarjeta de acción sin tener que asignarlos y luego eliminarlos de la tarea. Veo la opción de seguir una tarea yo mismo, pero me gustaría agregar a otros gerentes para que sigan una tarea asignada a otra persona para que estén al tanto de que ya ha sido asignada y añadida a la lista de tareas.
