Graphite is very useful to onboard new vendors - I just need to fill out a form and then they receive a request. It's also great because different departments of the company have access to it at the same, which clearly improve collaboration (we look at the same tool, the same page, and that's great!) One thing that could definitely be improved is the flexibility of the platform - for example, we're using it for big contracts as well as very small ones and some of my points of contact don't always understand why they have to share so much information just to be onboarded for a small payment for example.
