I've used a number of QBO data extractors in google sheets and G-Accon is the best of the bunch. The prebuilt reports are great, but the customization of reports, refresh rates, and pricing really set them apart from the rest. User interface. We are using G-Accon as an extension in our Google sheet and we find it hard to navigate the interface. Not all the reports from QBO are in G-Accon and not all of the reports from G-Accon are computing properly. An example would be the Custom Accounting Report for Budget Variance. I use G-Accon routinely to link Google Sheets to Quickbooks data. The ability to create and automatically update customized reports from QBO is very helpful, and the team has added features such as traceable hyperlinked data. The formatting for reports (especially basic summary financials like the P&L) is essentially nonexistent which can make it difficult to read and sort through data.
