We work with many clients who have low English proficiency, so collecting clients' intake information and supporting documents, then putting that information into forms has been an area that we wanted to improve. I like FastVisa platform's simplicity and easy-to-use features. I generate many reportings for various business needs, and FastVisa's reporting feature allows me to create custom reports for our needs. Their customer support has been great and very responsive.
