In the beginning, I used the desktop Space IQ site to discover where my new seat was. The Space IQ app is a little funky; when you try to book a room (or even find a room), every single room says "0." Which is misleading. From an end-user standpoint, Teem is very easy to use and provides great scheduling and room coordination options with feedback on timing, sessions, check-ins and users scheduled to use the rooms. As our staff book meetings and invite conference rooms in Google Calendar, these rooms are added to Teem and there is now clear visibility as to which rooms are booked or pending to be booked to eliminate confusion. It's so simple to manage that we only have one person that does it. Not needing to have on-premise servers, given it's a cloud solution, also make it super easy to deploy. Not much, it's completely automated and tied to our Google Calendar so no manual intervention is needed. I guess if I had to find something to complain about, would be that it could be cheaper.
