Constant Contact has made it so easy for us to connect with our customers! The platform is user-friendly, and the variety of templates is a game-changer for those of us who want to create professional, impactful emails without starting from scratch. That option is there for those who prefer to design their own! I also love the ability to schedule emails in advance and automatically resend them to non-openers, ensuring our messages reach as many people as possible. As solo practice therapists, using Constant Contact Advanced Automation significantly streamlined communication processes like the welcome email sequence for new subscribers to my monthly newsletter and landing page sign-ups for my lead magnets. The primary drawback of using Constant Contact Advanced Automation is that if you need to edit a sequence and disable it by mistake, or if the sequence expires, you have to restart the entire email sequence process from the beginning. The editing feature can be somewhat clunky, not allowing for image placement outside of the existing templates, or creating your own set preferences/template with font size, style, etc. I find myself having to redo a lot of the copied newsletters each time, which can be frustrating. Constant contact is a reliable way to disseminate information through eBlasts and get feedback through surveys. We have also used the event feature in limited capacities and generally have been happy with the experience. Constant Contact is something we use reguarly to keep out members in the loop. Editing emails - it changes font properties on me in the middle of typing a sentence withno rhyme or reason. Limited customization options in pop up signup forms (compared to the options available in landing pages, for example). Constant Contact makes it VERY VERY easy to create email templates and send out a campaign. Stupid simple. Lists are straightforward, automated segments are fantastic, and tags are a great feature. Creating and mangaging sign-up forms is straight forward, and tie nicely into the automated email system for something as nice as a custom "thanks for signing up to mailing list X". From an admin perspective, user access controls are VERY limited. Folks are either admins with full access (excluding billing), OR can only create campaigns. Further, there is limited integration with third party CRMs, particularly Blackbaud products. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Their new design tools help those with minimum graphic design knowledge create nice-looking email campaigns.
