It is great that once setup, your emails and contacts are auto-logged. It is very user-friendly to add a contact. I use the integration with Salesforce, which I find to work very nicely. The calendar feature is probably my favorite part, I really love that you can schedule meetings with 3rd parties to include multiple members on your team, without having to juggle looking at multiple calendars. The fact that you can make a few selections and then send the 3rd party a link with the available booking slots is very convenient. The customizability of the calendar specifics are great! The only weird thing I have noticed is that in the beginning on my team's setup, it appeared many of us were getting "unlinked" fairly often, that being the gmail account. The old version of Insight was good when it was working. New version is not intuitive, and appears to have lost the key function we need. Getting a person on the phone to help is very difficult. Good when you get them, but overreliance on self service may force us elsewhere.
