As a nonprofit organization, we are very limited to using funds for technology software and tools that make things seamless for our internal process. Since using BILL Spend & Expense, we have streamlined our process and have never lost receipts ever again. It's one of our best tools that we use in our organization. Bill Spend is easy to use, setup was simple and being able to track spending has been so much better for us since switching. It takes half the time to reconcile the credit card bill as it did before. The app and software can be glitchy at times. This does not happen often but it does happen. I also don't like that you have to add money to each card in the budget. If I have a person that falls under more than one budget, I have to go in and assign money to each budget for them to be able to use their card, not just to their card. I love the way I can setup recurring monthly payments. If I need to change the amount it is very easy and simple. . If I need to send out payments, the setting up of vendors is very easy. Everything that I need is all in one place. When I need to check if certain bills are paid, I go online to check . If I need to remind users about not having uploaded their receipts, it is very easy to send out reminders. Also, If I need to create a new card for someone, maybe it got compromised or if a virtual card is need, it is very simple. Also if the card is compromised or a vendor is no longer needed, it is very easy to freeze that card or delete it. I have had to contact Bill about fraud use of a card and they were very prompt in suspending the card and after their investigating, I have had the funds replaced to the exact amount as was taken. BIll Spend & Expense has a super user-friendly interface that was incredibly easy to roll-out to our team of over 100 employees. It has easily shaved off several hours from our month-end close procedures for both the general staff and the finance department. The integration with QuickBooks online was a must for our department and has been of great value. Accessible customer service for all parties involved either via phone or chat is a huge plus. We tried to use the mileage reimbursement module, and it simply was not up to the standard of the other modules in Spend & Expense. The actual tracking was super user friendly, but there was no integration for the transactions with QBO and the payment option for team members through the system was super slow. Prior to using BILL Spend & Expense we were manually entering ALL credit card transactions into QuickBooks Desktop. Transitioning to BILL was a part of a complete efficiency sweep in my department. We transitioned to QBO at the same time and have saved over 4 hours a month in month end close procedures for the Finance Department. The ease of expense reporting also gave back time to our staff at large, as there is no longer a need to spend time creating expense reports at the end of the month. It is useful for syncing coding directly into our accounting software, allowing reciepts to be uploaded and descriptions added for coding transactions. Also, a great control for budgeting and employee spending. Website is accessible and I have no trouble getting done what I need to. I appreciate the software and it was not hard for our company to adopt. Their phone app is effective for our managers to review their transactions and move funds on the go. When I do have to talk to customer service, I rarely get anyone helpful. One problem, is we use another software to keep our accounting software online, and bill.com or bill spend and expense don't play nice. Only a few people there know about the issue, and they will tell you, the only solution is to manually correct it, which takes forever, if we accidentally try to sync while someone else is in the books. Don't be fooled by the rewards. It was extremely important to one of our partners that we would get rewards comparable to our previous card using this. I repeatedly asked customer service what their rewards were and they would say 1%. This was entirely false. If you read their rewards policy, it is the worst I've ever seen on several points. I would not recommend this for any business that thinks rewards are important. Also, we were told the divvy card was similar to our other cards, and we would pay the balance on the statement after a month. You don't have this option. The card is paid at the end of every statement period. Very dissapointed we were mislead by their sales team. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

It simplifies bill processing and automation also very easy which ultimately reduces human error.

Flexibility to make the payments is one more advantage of having a BILL and the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users with little accounting experience. The platform’s automation also reduces the risk of late payments or missing invoices, improving cash flow management.

It is easy to integrate/implement with Intacct as well.

Customer support is also very good and they respond early with an accurate solution.

Having all the cards and transactions tie to one account makes things so easy. Being able to turn on and turn off cards make its so easy. They work seamlessly with our account system to import into Quick books online. Customer support has been amazing and really helped us out when there was fraud detected on one of our cards. it was so easy to get going, get the name of the people who need cards give them a budget and show them out to code in the system.
