When I am am rejecting a report I would like to be able to go between the "Auditor Reject" window and the line items of the report. I am not able to scroll down the list of line items to reference why I am rejecting a report -- sometimes there is a long list of questions in the Auditor Reject window. I can't remember why I am rejecting without referencing the line item in the report. There is no scroll bar in the report. I have to use my keyboard up/down arrows. The 10% not auto approved represents about 1K audits per month we have to review, and they are mostly FPOS. When something doesn't work as designed, it takes a long time for it to be addressed. App Zen does have a complex and sophisitcated AI engine. As such, some of the behind the scenes configuration can be a bit tricky to work through to get a specific desired result. Falta de configuración de carga masiva para los modelos de auditoría más importantes. Las opciones actuales para la importación de configuraciones en csv no funcionan como se esperaba. Complejo de entender e implementar, necesita un período de aprendizaje prolongado. El soporte es receptivo pero no siempre explícito.
